The model allows client can block predefined number of hours on quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. It is a cost-effective approach for the clients who have regular work. The client can keep track of analyst time spent on specified task

Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Model

In Full Time Equivalents (FTE) model our dedicated resources are assigned to your projects that you can direct and monitor at will. The client pays a fixed rate per FTE resource, independent of the type of the projects allocated. Having FTE resources is like having a virtual extension of your team, talented employees on your payroll minus the cost of hiring and payout of employee benefits. In addition to cost benefits FTE model assures fast turnarounds, fixed cost, complete security and transparency.
